IVEN ORX & AARON VINN: TRANSFORMATIVE ART

Iven Orx and Aaron Vinn are German artists. Their mentor was the renowned avant-garde artist Mary Bauermeister. Since 2005, Orx and Vinn have been exploring the expansion of perceptual experience in their collaborative work.

The artists work in a context that combines philosophical and metaphysical concepts of art and transcendence with personal experience and artistic innovation. Their works strongly affect viewers on an emotional level and enhance the sensory perception of the physical environment.

In their work, Orx and Vinn employ a variety of techniques and media, from classical painting methods to experimental materials. Their characteristic works include large-scale abstract paintings and sculptures with dynamic, flowing color gradients and strong visual depth. In addition to their established bodies of work, the artists are currently expanding their visual language with fabric-based images and soft sculptures.

Orx and Vinn implement their artistic visions into interior design concepts on behalf of private and institutional clients. They take into account the spatial and architectural conditions as well as the preferences and style of their clients. The result is the creation of living spaces with unique impressions.

The artists live and work in Cologne, a city that plays a significant role in their artistic creation and inspires them.
