With Seam, Iven Orx and Aaron Vinn create imaginary topographies in which the elemental condenses. Layers of paint rise on the canvas, break apart, dissolve, and reform. Their works are structures of movement – echoes of terrestrial time, inscribed in colored layers that accumulate and fracture anew. Light penetrates the surfaces, revealing reliefs and traces, as if the wind itself had shaped their form. They are ciphers of constant becoming, a flow and decay reflected in every nuance of the texture.
